Start digging

From the DJ booth
to your DJ app

Digger Digger finds the tracks the big DJs really play, set after set, and sorts them by style. You listen, keep the ones you love, let it build your set in order and send it to your favorite DJ software. It's free with an account, and no music is hosted here.

Five steps

1

Pick a style

20 styles and counting. Each one is a crate: the anthems, the hits of the year, the famous IDs, the free downloads and the classics, with BPM and key.

2

See what DJs play

Every track shows how many recorded DJ sets it was found in. "88 sets" means 88 different sets.

3

Preview it

Tap a track to hear the official 30-second preview, right on the page.

4

Save it

Tap the crate icon to put a track in your crate. One crate for every style you dig, put in set order when you ask.

5

Send it

Tap + on the tracks you want, send your whole crate, or let Generate me a set build one. Choose your DJ app, download your list, and TuneMyMusic brings it into your DJ software.

Where the data comes from

Every list is researched by hand from public sources, then dated. Here is what we use, and what for.

Play counts and IDs

Public tracklist databases log recorded DJ sets. We count how many sets each track was found in, which tracks open and close the big DJs' sets, and spot the unreleased IDs.

Hits of the year

Beatport's yearly best sellers for each genre.

Previews and track details

Official 30-second previews, covers, release dates and ISRC codes, the ID that finds a track on every service. BPM and key are estimates from ReccoBeats (opens in a new tab).

Charts and press

Chart peaks, Shazam charts and the scene's own magazines and events tell the story behind each track.

Free downloads

Only the producers' own giveaways. No rips, no converted files.

FAQ

Is it free?
Yes. Sign in with Google or your email to open the lists. No card, no ads, and no newsletter unless you sign up for it. We only count anonymous totals, like how often a track is played, never who you are.
Can it build my set for me?
Yes. Generate me a set takes a style, a length and a moment and gives you a whole set in order, each track with its start time and the reason it sits there, measured from 2,495 recorded sets by the big DJs. You can then change any track, save the set to your crate, share it or send it to your DJ app. Its own FAQ says how it is built.
How are openers and closers counted?
From the big DJs' own recorded sets on set79 (up to 30 of each DJ's newest, fan mixes left out, a set uploaded twice counted once). A track counts as an opener when it is in the first three tracks of a set, and as a closer in the last three. The Openers & closers page shows them style by style.
Why only 30-second previews?
They are Deezer's official previews: free, fast and legal. For the full track, use the Deezer, Spotify or YouTube buttons on each row.
What format should I buy for DJing?
WAV or AIFF. They are lossless, so they keep the full quality of the master. MP3 320 is the minimum; anything ripped from YouTube or streaming is not good enough for a club system.
Where is my crate saved?
In your browser, and in your account when you are signed in, so it follows you from your phone to your laptop. Send it to your DJ app, copy the list or download it as a text file.
Can I use the keyboard?
Yes. Tab moves through the page and Enter plays a track. Shortcuts: Space plays or pauses, N and P skip, S shuffles, R repeats, the arrows jump 10 seconds and / goes to the search. They never fire while you type.
Do you use cookies?
No ad or tracking cookies. If you accept, your browser keeps one small note to count visitors: the day and month you last came. It has no ID, never leaves your device and resets after 13 months. The privacy page lists everything. You can change your answer here at any time. or
Can I suggest a track or a style?
A suggestion form is coming with the next styles.
